Dozens of AnQore colleagues have donated the value of their company Christmas gifts to the local Foodbank this year. Due to their generous gift and the upward rounding of management, a cheque of 3.000 euros was handed over to the Foodbank in December. This way many families can count on the continued support of the good work that the Foodbank is doing.
AnQore represenatatives Bart Smeets and Iris Thuwis handed over the cheque to mr Hans Wierts of the Foodbank Zuid-Limburg. The tour they received in the distribution centre of the Foodbank was very impressive. The tour highlighted the importance of the work all the volunteers do. Especially the area where support boxes are filled for newborns and young families made a lasting impression. Sadly, more and more people are applying for support from the foodbanks in The Netherlands. The donation will be put to very good use, that much is clear.
