Diaminobutane (DAB), unique large scale production
AnQore operates the only large scale DAB plant in the world on behalf of DSM. In this plant acrylonitrile and hydrogen cyanide are reacted to form DAB in accordance with a unique process. The main use for DAB is a high temperature resistant polyamide 46. AnQore is the exclusive sales agent for DSM to market DAB in the merchant market. DAB is also known as 1,4-Diaminobutane, Butane-1,4-diamine, Tetramethylenediamine, Butylenediamine and Putrescine.
