AnQore highly values continuity, reliability and the continuous development of the company and its organization. By promoting Sjoerd Zuidema, currently Director Supply Chain and Purchasing and Pieter Boon becoming Executive Chairman, AnQore reassures continuity in its leadership, strategy and a seamless transition.
Pieter Boon has been leading the acrylonitrile business since 2012 and was appointed CEO in 2015 when CVC Capital partners acquired the majority of the shares of AnQore, with DSM remaining a minority shareholder. Pieter has successfully led the transformation and growth of AnQore as an independent, leading supplier in the acrylonitrile market and has built a strong leadership team.
As Executive Chairman and member of the AnQore Management Board, Pieter will support the Management Board and CEO of AnQore on strategy and corporate development.

Sjoerd Zuidema, pictured below, joined AnQore as Director Supply Chain and Purchasing in March 2019 and has been part of the AnQore Management Team since 2019. Sjoerd successfully lead and developed his organization and has played an important role in developing the independent propylene strategy to prepare for AnQore’s new propylene barging and storage infrastructure. Before joining AnQore Sjoerd has held several senior positions within SABIC in Business Management and Supply Chain.
