AnQore is pleased to announce that it has earned the Platinum Recognition Level for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance by Ecovadis, a collaborative platform providing sustainability ratings and performance improvement tools for global supply chains.

Rated in the Top 1%

“After consistently improving our rating for 5 years in a row we are very excited to have been awarded the Ecovadis Platinum status, their highest possible rating. I am happy to see the external confirmation for our industry leading commitment to sustainability. The Platinum status puts us in the top 1% of rated companies,  a clear recognition of our strategic commitment to having a positive impact on our environment” said Pieter Boon, CEO of AnQore. “Building further on our internal values of sustainability, safety and security we were able to improve our overall score from last year by more than 10 percent to 83!”.

The Ecovadis methodology is built on international CSR standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact and the ISO 26000, covering 200+ purchasing categories, 160+ countries and 20+ CSR issues grouped in four themes: environmental impacts of operations and products, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

Committed to sustainability

Pieter Boon explains that “We will continue to develop more sustainable ways to produce our products that play a critical role in healthcare, clean water and clean energy while at the same time keep our commitment to our employees and our valued business partners, with a uncompromising commitment to our codes of conduct. The Platinum status serves as a simple and clear reminder to our business partners that AnQore is the right partner on their journey towards engaging in further sustainable and ethical business.”
